Niño Early Learning Adventures Expresses Gratitude to their Centre Teams
Niño Early Learning Adventures (Niño ELA), a leading group of early learning centres across Melbourne, extends a heartfelt appreciation to early learning educators, managers, teachers, chefs and our support teams for their unwavering dedication and commitment to the growth and development of young minds. As we celebrate the invaluable contributions of these exceptional individuals, we recognise their pivotal role in shaping a brighter future for our children.
“Our early learning teams play a vital role in nurturing and guiding children during their formative years. Their tireless efforts in providing a safe, nurturing, engaging and educational environment enables young learners to explore their potential, build essential skills, and foster a lifelong love for learning”, said Company Manager, Melinda Ackerman. “From babies to kindergarten children, our early learning teams create a solid foundation upon which children build their future successes.”
In light of the challenges faced by a shortage of teaches and educators across the early learning sector in the past year, early learning educators and Niño ELA centre teams have exemplified resilience, adaptability and creativity. Their ability to navigate uncertain times and maintain the wellbeing and continued quality education and care of their children has been truly commendable. Off the back of transitioning to remote learning or implementing stringent health and safety protocols, Niño ELA’s dedicated professionals have gone above and beyond to ensure that every child continues to receive the support they need.
“Niño Early Learning Adventures understands the significant impact of early learning educators on our communities and acknowledges the pivotal role they play in shaping our society”, said Melinda Ackerman. “We extend our deepest gratitude to these inspiring individuals for their unwavering passion, enthusiasm and commitment to early childhood education.”
As an organisation committed to encouraging the children in our communities to be brave, creative, resilient and kind, we recognise the importance of supporting and empowering the early learning sector. “We strive to provide an array of pedagogical resources, training opportunities and a platform for collaboration, enabling them to thrive in their roles and continue their invaluable contributions to the development of young minds”, said Melinda.
To honour and celebrate our exceptional team, Niño Early Learning Adventures will launch a Thank You Campaign, running from 24-28 July 2023. This campaign serves as an opportunity to collectively express our gratitude and celebrate our teams’ contributions in the early learning and care sector and we encourage the wider community to join us in expressing the gratitude. Through simple gestures like thanking an educator, acknowledging their positive impact on their child’s life or supporting local early learning institutions, we can collectively show our appreciation for their commitment to early learning education and care.

The Thank You Campaign coincides with Early Learning Matters Week, 24-28 July, which aims to recognise and raise the profile of early childhood education and care in children’s development and wellbeing in Australia.
