Partnering with Selmar, we offer traineeships in the Diploma of Early Childhood & Care and Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care. Discover the fundamentals of early childhood development, education and care. Acquire the expertise, understanding, and hands-on practice to nurture children’s health, safety, and growth.
What does the traineeship program cover?
- Fee free training – Niño Early Learning Adventures will cover your fees.
- Start your traineeship when you commence employment.
- A fully supported sign-up program.
- Online course with paid study time.
- Earn great pay and experience while working in our centres directly with children – so you earn while you learn.
- Learning materials provided.
- Complete the course at your own pace however please note, the program is generally completed in 12 months.
- Provides you with mentorship by an inclusive and supportive team of experienced educators.
- Receive a government subsidy based on your employment status. A minimum of $1,300 is payable over 12 months*. (Applicable for Certificate III students only.)
- A qualification in Early Childhood.
