At Nino ELA we offer traineeships in Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care so you can gain practical experience earning as you learn.
You will learn the fundamentals of early childhood development, education and care and acquire the expertise, understanding, and hands-on practice to nurture children’s health, safety, and growth.
What does the traineeship program cover?
- Fee free training*
- Start your traineeship when you commence your employment.
- A fully supported sign-up program.
- Online course and paid study time.
- Earning great pay and experience while working in one of our centres close to home.
- Learning materials are provided at no cost to you.
- Completion of the course at your own pace however please note, the program is generally completed in 12 to 18 months.
- Mentoring and support by a team of experienced educators and trainers.
- Government subsidy based on your employment status. A minimum of $1,300 is payable over 12 months*.
- Reimbursement of your Working With Children Card.
- A nationally recognised qualification in Early Childhood.
